On November 6,2014,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure in each of these six cases.Order Nos.33162,33163,33164,33165,33166 and
ORDER NO.33203 1
33167.The Notices set a deadline for written comments in each case of December 19,2014,and a
deadline for reply comments of December 26,2014.
On December 19,2014,Commission Staff and Intermountain Energy Partners (IEP)(on
behalf of the contracting projects)filed comments.Idaho Power filed reply comments on December
23,2014.On December 24,2014,Intermountain Energy Partners filed a Motion requesting
permission to file sur-reply in response to Idaho Power’s reply comments.
INTERMOUNTAIN ENERGY PARTNERS’MOTION
Intermountain Energy Partners requests,pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure 56
and 256,an opportunity to file sur-reply comments,to be filed no later than January 5,2015.In its
Motion,IEP indicated that Staff does not object to its Motion,IEP further noted that Idaho Power
has advised that it will not file a formal objection to IEP’s Motion.
Based upon our review of IEP’s Motion and given the acquiescence of the parties,we
find that there is good cause to grant the Motion to permit filing of sur-reply comments.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Intermountain Energy Partners’Motion to Permit Filing
of Sur-Reply Comments in the above-captioned six cases is granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that IEP’s deadline for filing sur-reply is January 5,2015.
