based on the following merits:it helps Idaho reduce the need for importing coal from
neighboring states it is consistent with Boises commitment to be a fantastic,sustainable
city in which to live by embracing a clean,renewable source of energy;and for the ability
of Idaho Power to learn how to interconnect,incorporate and manage this intermittent power
into its grid so that more projects like this may follow.Thank you.
