BACKGROUND In June 2014,Idaho Power Company filed an Application for the Commission to approve or reject its Energy Sales Agreement with Clark Canyon Hydro,LLC (Clark Canyon) under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA).The Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure,but in August 2014,granted the parties'joint request to suspend the procedural schedule,based on discrepancies in Clark Canyon's license with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)).Order Nos.33064,33088.Since May 2017,the parties have conferred about how to proceed.See Order Nos.33782,33800.The parties'now request to lift the current suspension and adopt their proposed procedural schedule. COMMISSIONDECISION Having reviewed the Joint Motionand being familiar with the record,we grant the Motion,lift the suspension,and adopt the requested deadlines as follows: Clark Canyon comments August 3,2017 All party response August 25,2017 Clark Canyon reply September 8,2017 ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the procedural suspension entered in Order No. 33800 is lifted,and the deadlines set forth herein are adopted.
