[I i,.*i lq,,,i I ili ii-1 i' SUBJECT: MOTION FOR DETERMINATION REGARDING LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATIONS, CASE NO. IPC-E-14-13 On May 28,2014,Idaho Power filed a Motion for a determination as to whether a legally enforceable obligation existed with regard to several PURPA projects. On June 23,2014, Idaho Power notified the Commission that it was engaged in negotiations with the affected projects and asked that further proceedings with the Commission be stayed pending the outcome of the parties' negotiations. The parties subsequently entered into an energy sales agreement that was approved by the Commission on November 14,2014. Order No. 33 179. On November 25,20l4,Idaho Power filed a Motion to Withdraw pursuant to Rule of Procedure 68 because the subject of IPC-E-14-13 is now moot. Consequently, this case should now be closed. MEMORANDUM
