NOTICE OF WITHDMWAL OF
MOTION
ldaho Power Gompany ("ldaho Powe/'), in accordance with RP 68, hereby
respectfully files this Notice of Withdrawal of ldaho Power Company's Motion for
Determination Regarding Legally Enforceable Obligations previously filed in this matter.
This Notice is being provided to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"),
counsel for Grand View Solar, and to the Snake River Alliance. Pursuant to RP 68,
"Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days
after filing."
On June 23,2014, ldaho Power notified the Commission that ldaho Power and
representatives of Grand View Solar were currently engaged in negotiations regarding a
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S NOTICE OFWITHDRAWAL OF MOTION - 1
Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 Energy Sales Agreement for Grand View
Sola/s proposed solar project(s). Idaho Power and Grand View Solar requested that
further proceedings regarding this Motion be stayed pending the outcome of the parties'
negotiations. The parties subsequently entered into an Energy Sales Agreement, which
was submitted to the Commission for its review and recently approved on November 14,
2014. Order No. 33179, Case No. !PC-E-14-19. As such, the subject of this Motion is
now moot. ldaho Power hereby requests to withdraw the Motion for Determination
Regarding Legally Enforceable Obligations.
