Pursuant to the Commission's request as to status of this filing - ldaho Power has been, and is currently engaged in
negotiations with representatives of Grand View Solar regarding PURPA Energy Sales Agreements for their proposed
solar project/projects which are the subject of this filing and docket. As such, ldaho Power asks that further proceedings
regarding this Motion be stayed pending the outcome of the parties' negotiations. ldaho Power will notify the
Commission in writing as to the status of the negotiations and this Motion regarding whether or not the parties are able
to arrive at a negotiated Energy Sales Agreement - and either ask that the Motion proceed or that it be withdrawn.
