Comment:Idaho Power is requesting a rate increase because why!Added to my bill monthly is
an item called “Annual Adjustment”but it appears MONTHLY.It is 10%of the bi11 when asked
for an explanation I was told it covered the cost of running the business,i.e.employees,
meters,etc.Why is that not part of operating expenses?Now they want an increase which
raises my bill and raises the $$in this so=called ANNUAL adjustment.This is over the top
increase.Enough is enough!Too bad there is not an option for our power.
