Comment:“Idaho Power attributes most of the proposed PCA increase to persistent dry
conditions in 2013 and January 2014.”But what about the water surplus we a have been
experiencing since Jan?Anyone who has lived in this area for any time knows that we get the
majority of a water for the year IN THE SPRING.All reports I’ve seen state that we are at
l00%÷ for the water year all over the state.
There’s no need for this rate increase.
Also,a question that might sound basic...but...
The IPUC report states that “Neither Idaho Power nor it’s shareholders receive any financial
return on the revenue collected in FCA and PCA accounts.”But ,does it’s parent company
IdaCorp receive anything?
