CONSERVATIVE thinking says live within your budget and Idaho Power should,too.Set an example.NO rate increase.Perhaps lower the bonuses too executives,no new office furniture for a year or two,making trucks work an extra year etc.These are things families HAVE to do why not a public monopoly?We don’t get raises every time we want one,in fact not at all for years.
