Comment:I don’t understand why my Idaho Power bill that states I am being charged an annual
penalty (which is not true because I am charged monthly)listed as an “Annual Adjustment
Mechanism”.Why don’t they just stop lying and saying they have raised my rates ...because
that’s what they are doing.
