On October 24,2013,Idaho Power Company filed Tariff Advice No.13-05 with the
Commission seeking authority to update its Schedule 86.Staff recommended that the tariff
advice be suspended and the case be processed by Modified Procedure.At the Commission’s
regularly scheduled November 25,2013,Decision Meeting the Commission suspended the tariff
advice and determined that the case should be processed by Modified Procedure.
On December 6,2013,the Commission issued a Notice of Filing and set a deadline
for intervention.Order No.32945.J.R.Simplot Company;Cassia Wind Farm,LLC;SE
Hazelton A,L.P.;Fulcrum,Inc.;BP Hydro Associates;Bypass Power Company,Inc.;and Notch
Butte Hydro Company,Inc.,petitioned for,and were granted,intervention.Order No.32960.A
Notice of Parties was issued on January 2,2014.At the request of Cassia Wind Farm,an
amended Notice of Parties was issued on February 19,2014.Pursuant to the Commission’s
directive,the parties met to discuss a procedural schedule,service of discovery,and other issues
pertinent to the processing of this case.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that some parties were concerned that Modified
Procedure would not provide an adequate record upon which the Commission could make a
decision.Consequently,the parties proposed and the Commission adopts the following
procedural schedule:
March 4,2014 Meeting to discuss settlement
March 13,2014 Prefiled direct testimony for Idaho Power
April 3,2014 Prefiled direct testimony for intervenors and Staff
April 24,2014 Rebuttal testimony deadline
May 2,2014 Technical hearing

The parties agree that best efforts will be made to answer discovery within 14 days.but no later
than 21 days from the date of the discovery request.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all testimony and exhibits in Case No.IPC
E-13-15 must comport with the requirements of Rule 231 and 267 of the Commission’s Rules of
Procedure.IDAPA 31.01.01.231 and 267.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the parties have agreed to service of
discovery,testimony,and exhibits among the parties by electronic mail pursuant to Rule 63.
IDAPA 31.01.01.063.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the record in this case is available for public
inspection during regular business hours at the Commission offices.The Application is also
available on the Commission’s web site at www.puc.idaho,gov.Click on the “File Room”tab at
the top of the page,scroll down to the type of “Open Electric Cases,”and then click on the case
number as shown on the front of this document.

hearing in this matter on FRIDAY,MAY 2,2014,COMMENCING AT 9:30 A.M.AT THE
COMISSION’S HEARING ROOM,472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET,BOISE,
IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIEI)that all hearings and prehearing conferences in
this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
The request for assistance must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by

pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be
conducted pursuant to the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.IDAPA 3 1 .01 .01.000 el seq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties adhere to the procedural schedule as set
out in the body of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission shall conduct a technical hearing
in this matter on Friday,May 2,2014,commencing at 9:30 a.m.in the Commission’s Hearing
Room.
