On December 6,2013,the Commission issued a Notice of Filing and set a deadline for intervention.Order No.32945.J.R.Simplot Company;Cassia Wind Farm,LLC;SE Hazelton A,L.P.;Fulcrum,Inc.;BP Hydro Associates;Bypass Power Company,Inc.;and Notch Butte Hydro Company,Inc.,petitioned for,and were granted,intervention.Order No.32960.A Notice of Parties was issued on January 2,2014.At the request of Cassia Wind Farm,an amended Notice of Parties was issued on February 19,2014.Pursuant to the Commission’s directive,the parties met to discuss a procedural schedule,service of discovery,and other issues pertinent to the processing of this case. NOTICE OF SCHEDULING YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that some parties were concerned that Modified Procedure would not provide an adequate record upon which the Commission could make a decision.Consequently,the parties proposed and the Commission adopts the following procedural schedule: March 4,2014 Meeting to discuss settlement March 13,2014 Prefiled direct testimony for Idaho Power April 3,2014 Prefiled direct testimony for intervenors and Staff April 24,2014 Rebuttal testimony deadline May 2,2014 Technical hearing NOTICE OF SCHEDULING NOTICE OF TECHNICAL HEARING ORDER NO.32985 The parties agree that best efforts will be made to answer discovery within 14 days.but no later than 21 days from the date of the discovery request. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the parties have agreed to service of discovery,testimony,and exhibits among the parties by electronic mail pursuant to Rule 63. IDAPA 31.01.01.063.
