Comment:I urge the PUC to thoroughly investigate the request by Idaho Power to increase its
coal capacity.Idaho Power has done much to squelch wind and solar development and
generation for potentially unethical reasons that have nothing to do with income and profits
They realize they are a monopoly and their incentive is not profit because it is guaranteed.
Their incentives are known only to them.So please be cautious and diligent and have a high
level of confidence that you are placing the welfare of the citizen customers of Idaho Power
ahead of all else.Thank you.
