The decision is somewhat akin to buying a Model T Ford today despite the fact there are modern cars available at far more reasonable prices. Solar, wind, and other renewables are improving almost daily. So why look backward when we should focus forward? Idaho power should be exploring ways to increase energy efficiency. It should be working with customers who use solar energy to put some of that energy back into the grid.It should work on locally sourced and used energy--a much cheaper and more efficient way to use energy. Please turn down Idaho Power!
