soon as possible and the emphasis should be on RENEWABLE sources of energy.This is the

Comment:Idaho Power proposes to invest millions of ratepayers dollars to retrofit the aging
Jim Bridger coal plant in Wyoming instead of investing in cleaner and more efficient forms of
energy.
I do not think ratepayers should have to bear the burden of Idaho Power’s risky investments
to extend the life of its dirty and aging coal plants.
