Comment:I am ok with the settlement agreement for the most part.I do believe instead of a
$15 credit per season for the 2 months of the AC Cool Credit program that a $7.50 credit be
applied per each month a customer participates.It would be more fair for people changing
addresses during the months the program is in effect.
I also encourage the PUC to continue to require that all cost effective DSM be utilized
before any new upgrades,new generation,or new transmission be built.
