COMES NOW, The Industrial Customers of Idaho Power, hereinafter referred to as the
"ICIP," and hereby moves the Commission to modify the procedural schedule in the above
captioned docket. The ICIP has discussed this proposed new schedule with all of the parties,
including Idaho Power and the Commission Staff. All parties are in agreement with the
following modifications to the procedural schedule:
Written comments in support or opposition shall be filed no later than June 25, 2012,
replacing the current deadline of June 11, 2012.
Reply comments by the Company and other interested parties shall be filed no later than
July 23, 2012, replacing the current deadline of June 22, 20112.
IPIC Intervention - IPC-E-01-3
Idaho Power will not be required to respond to any additional discovery requests.
Non-IPCo parties will not be required to respond to discovery submitted to them after
June 29, 2012.
The Commission is respectfully requested to adopt the proposed amended schedule in
order to allow the parties adequate time to prepare and respond to comments.
