COMES NOW, Interconnect Solar Development LLC. An Idaho limited
liability Corporation, and files this motion to set hearing in accordance with
the rules of procedure under 31.01.01.
Due process rights require Commission to schedule a hearing in order to fully
understand Interconnects complaint.
Damages to Interconnect are accruing daily and require a expeditous timeline
to limit the damages presently being incurred
Interconnect feels the issues are too complex to be fully understood in a brief,
and a hearing would be helpful in the decision process.
Interconnect Solar respectfully requests a hearing in a expeditous manner
seeking relief from Idaho Powers damaging behavior and business practices.
