Dear Randy,
Further to our recent discussions on the financing of the Murphy 20MW solar project, wecan confirm our interest and that of our partners in funding the project. However, it is
important that some key elements are addressed first. Namely:
i. The Power Agreement Purchase COD date aligns with the General Interconnection
Agreement.
2. Once you have agreement on the new GIA that suffcient time be allowed for due
dilgence. As you know this is normally takes 45 business days.
3. The process for completing all outstanding procedures and permits be outlined and met
before commencing construction.
With this as a backdrop, Gryffn Partners is pleased to offer this commitment to provide
the equity and debt financing necessary to build the project subject to and contingent
upon. the usual and customary conditions for a transaction of this nature.
We look forward to taking the next steps to build-out the project.
