Several months ago, I requested that the IPUC provide copies of public records of formal and
informal complaints against Idaho Power Company regarding implementation of AMR - AMI which
includes installation of the smart meter.
The copies provided by the IPUC had redacted the names or companies of the complainants. It
is my belief that this redaction was an improper proceedure by the IPUC as I was entitled to
full public record.
I wish therefore, to appeal my case IPC-E-12-04 and IPUC Order No. 32500.
