On Friday, Februar 10, 2012, I received a copy of Idaho Power\s Answer to the IPUC Sumons
for Case Number IPC-E-12-04. Idaho Powets Answer has some erroneous assertions that require
response. There was not time enough to wrte a rebuttal to have it available to the Commission
on Monday monúng. I anticipate being able to prepare the rebutta and to have it to tbe
Commission by the following Monday, Februar 20,2012 if not before.
Vicky Davis' complaint was combined with my complaint under case lPC-E-12-04. She is also
preparng a rebuttal. We will combine OUT rebuttals and mail them together.
