Commission for an Order Correcting the Caption of the above entitled proceeding, and in
support thereof respectfully shows as follows, to wit:
As the Commission correctly noted in Order No. 32437, Case No. IPC-E-11-28, the relief
sought in ths proceeding is more in the natue of that usually sought by a Petition, rather than a
