NOTICE
On June 1, 2012 Grand View PV Solar Two, Three and Four filed a Notice of Settlement
Discussions and Request to Stay Formal Commission Action. In that notice it was represented
that "The parties will report back to the Commission two weeks from today to report the status of
said discussions." No such report has been filed.
The Commission Staff has been informally notified of the fact that settlement discussions
have been fruitless. This is formal notice of such.
