COMES NOW the Complainant, Hoku Materials Inc., (Hoku) by and though its counsel
of record, and advises the Commission of the followig facts, which have occured since the
time of Oral Arguent held on Janua 11,2012, but which are relevant to the Commission's
consideration of ths matter:
1. On today's date, Hoku transmitted to its ban, The Industral and Commercial Ban of
China, a Remittance Application instructing the ban to make a wire transfer to Idaho Power
Company in the amount of $1,896,656.26 in payment of Idao Power's November invoice to
Hoku. A tre copy of the Remittce Application is attached as Exhbit 3.
2. In accordance with customar practices of the ban, Hoku anticipates that Idao Power
will receive the tranferred fuds on today's date.
