I On July 2,2013 Grand View Solar PV Two, LLC ("Grand View") filed a motion for
2 extension of time to file its response to Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission")
3 Order 32861by seven days. Grand View has been able to marshal the necessary resources to
4 prepare a response within the Commission's original time frame does not need the additional
5 week in order to comply with the Commission's directive.
6 Please be notified pursuant to Commission Rule 68 that Grand View is withdrawing its
7 Motion for Additional Time to File Response.
