MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION
Pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule 43 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule
227, the undersigned local counsel, Ronald L. Williams, hereby petitions the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission (the "Commission") for admission of the undersigned applying counsel,
Larry F. Eisenstat and Daniel A. Broderick in the above-captioned case.
Larry F. Eisenstat and Daniel A. Broderick each certifies that he is an active member, in
good standing, with the District of Columbia bar, that he maintains the regular practice of law at
the above-noted address, and that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice
law in Idaho. Larry F. Eisenstat further certifies that he has been admitted before the
Commission once under I.B.C.R. 227 In the Matter of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power
for Approval of a Power Purchase Agreement Between RMP and Cedar Creek Wind, Case Nos.
PAC-E-ll-Ol et al. Daniel A. Broderick certifies that he has never before been admitted before
the Commission under I.B.C.R. 227. Each also certifies that he has not been denied admission
under I.B.C.R. in this jurisdiction, or under any similar rule, in any other jurisdiction.
Undersigned counsel certifies that a copy of this Motion has been served on all other
parties to the above-captioned matter and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $200 fee
per applicant, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.
Ronald L. Williams certifies that, in accordance with I.B.C.R. 227, he is the designated
local counsel at the address above stated, that he hereby consents to designation as local counsel
and that the above information is true to the best of his knowledge. Ronald Williams
acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all court proceedings at which Applying
Counsel appear, unless specifically excused by the Commission.

WHEREFORE, by this Motion, Ronald Williams respectfully requests that the
Commission authorize Larry F. Eisenstat and Daniel A. Broderick to participate on behalf of
Murphy Flat Mesa, LLC, Murphy Flat Energy, LLC and Murphy Flat Wind, LLC in all
proceedings before the Commission with respect to the above-captioned matter.
