Notice of Intent to Relinquish Qualifying Facility Status
Dear Secretary Bose:
Alpha Wind LLC, Bravo Wind LLC, Charlie Wind LLC, Delta Wind LLC, and
Echo Wind LLC (collectively, Applicants) hereby notify the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (Commission) that they no longer intend to develop their proposed small
power production facilities, which are self-certified as qualifying facilities (QFs) under
the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, as amended, and Part 292 of the
Commission's regulations, 18 C.F.R. Part 292 (2011), in the above-captioned dockets.
Accordingly, Applicants relinquish the QF status of their proposed facilities effective
immediately.
