The pi'Ice schedules in the enclosed PPA are derived fi'om the non-Ievelized rate schedule in Order No. 31025 (not Order No. 30744 as in the Idao Wins LLC PPA). Additionally, the price schedules include a reuction of$6.501 MWh for the wid integrtion charge durng all hours and al years, as we assume that Idaho Power wil be using the $6.501M charge at the relevant times per the wind integrtion cha calculation formula approved in Order No. 30488. Alpha Wind LLC intends to obligae itself only to the appropriate rates utilizing that fonnula. Finay~ Alpha Wind LLC understands tbat Idaho Power has beg requiring a delay securty of $451k, while the Idaho Winds LLC PPA executed a little over a year ago utilized only a $20/kw delay security. To avoid confict, Alpha Wind LLC intends to obligate itself to the $45/kw delay seurty~ and has included that amount in the enclosed PPA. Alpha Wind LLC will be near four other PUR A QFs -- Bravo Wind LLC, Charlie Wind LLC, Delta Wind LLC, and Echo Wind LLC. Alpha Wind LLC wil have its own meter to report generation to Idaho Power, but each of the five QFs wiil interconnect to Idao Power'ssystein at the single point of interconnection with the four other QFs. That point of interconnection wil be the point studied under Large Generator Request No. 302. That request secured transmission access for up to 177 MW of capacity for Cotterl Windnergy Center LLC. Thus, there should be no issues with Idaho Power's abilty to accept and integrate the 147.2 MW of cumulative output of Alpha Wind LLC and th four other nearby QFs.
