Pursuant to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Rule of Procedure 68, Bravo Wind
LLC hereby files this Notice of Withdrawal of its Complaint filed in this case on November 8,
2010. The Complaint sought a Commission order requiring Idaho Power Company to enter into
a power purchase agreement with Bravo Wind LLC's qualifying facility. The Complaint was
stayed shortly after it was filed to allow the parties to resolve the dispute. Bravo Wind LLC will
not continue discussions with Idaho Power Company or attempt to litigate the Complaint further.
Therefore, Bravo Wind LLC hereby withdraws its Complaint, and submits that the Commission
may close this case.
