Pursuant to the Idaho Public Utilities Commssion's Rule of Procedure 68, Fall River
Rural Electrc Cooperative hereby files ths Notice of Withdrawal of its Complaint fied in ths
case on November 8, 2010. The Complaint sought a Commission order requiring Idaho Power
Company to enter into a power purchase agreement with Fall River Rural Electrc Cooperative's
quaifying facilty. The Complaint was stayed shortly after it was fied to allow the pares to
resolve the dispute. Fall River Rural Electrc Cooperative has determned it will pursue other
alternative uses for the output of its quaifyng facilty, and will not continue discussions with
Idaho Power Company or attempt to litigate the Complaint. Therefore, Fall River Rural Electrc
Cooperative hereby withdraws its Complaint, and submits that the Commssion may close ths
case.
