SUBJECT: INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS’ MOTION TO EXTEND COMMENT
DEADLINE, CASE NO. IPC-E-13-04

On March 25, 2013, the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (ICIP) filed a Petition
to extend the comment deadline, currently scheduled to terminate on April 3, 2013. ICIP
requested the Commission extend the deadline “until one week after discovery responses have
been received.” ICIP Petition, p.2. Staff discussed extending the deadline with both ICIP and
Idaho Power, and the parties agree that an extension until April 17, 2013, will accommodate the
parties.
Staff recommends the Commission issue an Order to extend the comment deadline
from April 3, 2013, to April 17, 2013.
COMMISSION DECISION
Should the Commission issue an Order to extend the comment deadline to April 17,
2013?
