On March 25, 2013, the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (ICIP) filed a Petition
to extend the comment deadline, currently scheduled to terminate on April 3, 2013. ICIP
requested the Commission extend the deadline "until one week after discovery responses have
been received." ICIP Petition, p.2. Staff discussed extending the deadline with both ICIP and
Idaho Power, and Staff recommended the Commission issue an Order to extend the comment
deadline from April 3, 2013, to April 17, 2013.
The Commission determined at its Decision Meeting on April 1, 2013, to extend the
comment deadline to April 17, 20 13.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadline to file written comments is extended
from April 3, 2013, to April 17, 2013.
