I am dissappointed with the the proposed suspension of the A/C Cool Credit demand response
program. Idaho Power asked us to step up to the plate and enroll to help conserve energy.
Now, after a year, we have a electrical box attached to the side of the house and the AC
which is to be unused. What a waste of resources. How is conservation good one year and not
the next? Idaho Power has employed a bait and switch - are they trying to pay for Langley
Gulch?
I would request a publice hearing and ask that this program not be suspended. Or at least
grandfather in the current particpants.
