REGARDING COMMENTS
OF TAMARACK ENERGY
PARTNERSHIP
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Comments of Tamarack Energy Partnership filed with
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission of January 25, 2013, contains a typographical error on
page 12, paragraph ii. Paragraph ii should read:
CONCLUSION
For the reasons stated above, Tamarack urges the Commission to direct Idaho Power to
revise and file its Schedule 89 tariff to be effective as of June 1, 2010, and to remit to Tamarack
$457,431.23 reflecting the additional amount Tamarack is owed under its PSA for the period
from June 1, 2010 through December 31, 2012, of which $274,245.82 is for the period from June
1, 2010 through December 31, 2011.
