I would like to point out the obvious.
When a customer spends $10,000 on a product only hoping to cancel out 8 cent per kilowatt
hour charges,he or she is giving a very real subsidy to other customers and Idaho Power.
Proper valuation of kWh credits and generous meter aggregation are the least the community
can do to level this subsidy.
