Separate meters serve the buildings.Additionally,given topography,roof design and vegetation,only one roof is suitable for solar PV installation.Given both the constraints of my buildings and the economies of scale,it would be desirable to build one system. It is in keeping with the Commission’s stated purpose of Net Metering —allowing Customers to offset usage —to allow a Customer to transfer credits earned at one meter to offset usage on another of the Customer’s meters.The condition the Commission should apply is that the same Customer be paying for both meters and that the Net Metering be calculated across all the meters as if they were one.
