I realize IPC wants to punish solar generators.I suppose in a secular,greedy society,that
would be appropriate.
Rather,lets poil citizens about their willingness to pay a buck a month to support a Feed In
Tariff to encourage roof top residential solar systems.
Hasnt IPC implemented a Feed In Tariff in their Oregon service area?
Why not Idaho?
