Comment:I disagree with Idaho Power attempting to make the changes in our net metering.Wealwayshearaboutenergyconservationandcuttingdownonouruseofenergy.Those of us thathavealternateenergysourcesshouldnotbepenalizedforconsevationandtryingtokeepourenergycostsdown.I have been told over a period of time the cost of installing an alternateenergysourcewillpayitselfoff.With Idaho Powers proposed plan,it penalizes those of uswhomhavechosentoextendandprotectourenergysourcethroughconservation.I believe
Idaho Power is going against what they say in the media about conservation by bringing thiscasetothePUC.
