Dear Commissioners:
Please reject the request of Idaho Power Company in docket IPC-E-12-27 regarding net-metering of solar and changes
to the current cap.Idaho has great solar resources and any cap at all is not in the public interest until Idaho Power has
divested from out-of-state coal-fired plants that are expensive and may become unreliable in the future.I would love to
invest in Idaho’s solar future as a homeowner and potential distributed-energy producer.If Idaho Power cannot provide
a link to the future for its customers then why do they have a guaranteed monopoly on our electric services?
