Please also consider that continued burning of fossil fuels for energy is increasing the amount of carbondioxideinouratmosphere.This increase is causing climate change which is affecting our weatherpatternsandprecipitation.Lets prepare for the future by encouraging individuals to use solar energy for their needs and compensate them for any extra energy they produce.Idaho Power should also be looking into solar energy farms like they have in Arizona.
