Please describe your comment briefly:
Please have Idaho Power make available to the public examples of projected cost breakdowns
for residential and small business consumers under the proposed net metering plan upgrade.
Suggest using the average installed residential and small business system in the examples,
along with average customer consumption in order that the financial impacts of the proposed
plan be more transparent to all stakeholders.
Please also have Idaho Power provide all assumptions and information sources used in the
examples.
