NEVER should a person/family/business be penalized for using green energy! For 10,000
years until 1946 ALL food was organic.. then chemicals came in.
In this day and [should be] age of progressive intelligence EVERYONE and EVERYTHING
should be "green" and "organic". How did we as a human race get so far away from real life?
The green power users are using power that benefits ALL of Planet Earth, does not harm it.
Please do not allow Idaho Power to penalize those who use green power.
