Idaho Power should continue to support green energy by buying back extra power generated by
citizens who've installed solar panels.
Aside from this being an environmental no-brainer- -people invested in solar panels in good
faith--assuming that Idaho Power would do its financial part.
Further, Idaho Power should be run as a PUBLIC utility. Electricity, like water is essential
to modern life--too vital to be managed in order to benefit investors.
