Please describe your comment briefly:
I don't understand the logic behind Idaho Power's request to increase the rates on solar
customers. I have seen no numbers or evidence to justify the changes. In fact, all of the
available data shows that solar customers REDUCE costs to all Idaho Power rate payers.
