Please describe your comment briefly:
I can live with not receiving any money for the kilowatt credit that I acquire. But it
seams like high robbery to make my credits end at a given time. I should be able to use
those credits that I have built up at anytime. So when my generator is down for repairs, or
other reasons I should be able to use the credits that I have earned.
