Please describe your comment briefly:
1) Several years ago we made a large investment in a solar pv system, felt like we were doing
a good thing and this proposal would make what was a average return on ivnestment become a
terrible return on investment.
2)The impact on Idaho Power would be infinitesimal,, however on people with solar panels it
would be GREAT.
3) It takes away all incentive for individuals to install solar, thereby increasing the need
for burning coal and polluting our environment. (We would NEVER had installed this systems
with these proposed policies in place.) Idaho Power is always promoting conservation and
efficiency and this is contrary to their rhetoric.
