Please describe your comment briefly:
This year I installed a solar system on my house. Part of the decision to do this was based
on the current net-metering price schedule. I am opposed to the proposed changes to net-
metering. The Idaho Public Utilities commission should have a public hearing on the matter
before prior to this case being considered.
