IPC-E-12-27 is a proposal that seriously changes current policy toward net-metering
customers. IPUC should not consider this case without scheduling a public hearing.
I am currently installing a solar system and am opposed to the Idaho Power proposal. I will
be submitting more substantive comments after the holidays.
