On November 30,2012,Idaho Power Company applied to the Commission for authority to
modify its net metering service.The Company says its proposal will impact 350 net metering customers
to varying degrees,depending on how they use and generate energy.The Company requests that the
Commission issue an Order by July 1,2013.On January 15,3013,the Commission issued a Notice of
Application and Notice of Intervention.See Order No.32715.The Idaho Conservation League;
PowerWorks,LLC;Pioneer Power,LLC;City of Boise;Snake River Alliance;and Idaho Clean Energy
Association,Inc.intervened in the case.Numerous public comments also have been received.On March
21,2013,a prehearing conference occurred.Following that conference,the Commission issued an Order
setting a schedule and noting that customer hearings and technical hearings would occur in June 2013,
dates to be set by the Commission.See Order No.32767.With this Order,we schedule those hearings.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene a technical
hearing.The purpose of the technical hearing is to take testimony from the parties (the
Company,Staff,and the intervenors).The technical hearing shall convene at 9:30 A.M.
TUESDAY,JUNE 11,2013 IN THE COMMISSION’S HEARING ROOM,472 WEST
WASHINGTON STREET,BOISE.IDAHO.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene a public
hearing in this matter.The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from Idaho
Power’s customers and other interested members of the public.The public hearing will convene
at 7:00 P.M.TUESDAY,JUNE 11,2013 IN THE COMMISSION’S HEARING ROOM,
472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET,BOISE,IDAHO.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that persons wishing to offer testimony
telephonically or listen to the proceedings may dial the following toll-free number:1-800-920-
7487 followed by the Participant Code:76373262.The telephonic hearing will be held in the
following manner:
•All participants will be able to hear the proceeding;
•A participant’s phone will be automatically muted except when testifying;
•If you would like to testify,press *1 (star one)on your phone key pad.
This will sign you up (put you in the queue)to testify;
•When it is your turn to testify,you will hear the prompt “ask your
question.”At that time,you will be sworn in,asked to state your full
name,spell your last name,and give your full address;
•When you testify please be sure to eliminate any background noise,such
as the TV,radio,etc.,in order that your testimony can be heard clearly and
recorded by the court reporter.At the conclusion of your testimony you
may be asked questions;
•If at any time after you sign up to testify,you decide that you do not want

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and workshops in this matter
will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.

pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and specifically

may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61.
