HomeMy WebLinkAbout20130125order_no_32724.pdfOffice of the Secretary Service Date January 25,2013 BEFORE THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION ) OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY FOR )CASE NO.IPC-E-12-24 AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT RATES TO ) INCLUDE CAPITALIZED CUSTOM ) EFFICIENCY INCENTIVE PAYMENTS )ORDER NO.32724 __________________________________________________________________________________ ) On January 10,2013,Micron Technologies,Inc.filed two Motions pursuant to Rule 43 and Bar Commission Rule 227,for Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice for and on behalf of its attorneys:Frederick J.Schmidt and Jacqueline B.Rombardo.The Motions were signed and attested to by Micron’s local counsel,Brian T.Hansen of the firm Holland &Hart,LLP in Boise. In their respective Motions,Mr.Schmidt and Ms.Rombardo certify that they are active members in good standing of the Bar of Nevada and they maintain regular practices of law as attorneys with Holland &Hart in Carson City,Nevada.In addition,Mr.Rombardo is also a member of the California Bar.They further declare they are not residents of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice law in Idaho.Mr.Schmidt has previously been granted limited admission in five cases,while Ms.Rombardo has not been previously admitted in Idaho. Both Motions state that a copy of the Motion and the applicable fee have been provided to the Idaho State Bar.Both counsels certify that the above information is true to the best of their knowledge.Finally,Mr.Hansen requests that the Commission excuse him from appearing during any Commission proceeding in this matter. FINDINGS The Commission has reviewed the Motions for Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice filed by Micron.Pursuant to Rule 43 and Bar Rule 227,the Commission finds it reasonable to grant limited admission to Mr.Schmidt and Ms.Rombardo in this matter.The Commission also finds that Mr.Hansen’s attendance in this proceeding shall not be required. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Frederick J.Schmidt and Jacqueline B,Rombardo are granted Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice to represent Micron in this case.
