I am opposed to the rate increase. The rest of us should not have to pay for the windmills.
We run a small business. Our expenses go up also but we are not able to increase our rates
by this amount. We must become more efficient and cut costs else where. Fuel Is up along
with many other expenses. This increase is not needed at this time. Please do not allow
this increase

I am complaining that Idaho Power will recieve a 3.79% residential rate increase for
whatever a PCA is. The cost of power may be cheap in Idaho, but it seems there is a rate
increase every time you turn around. I haven't had a pay increase in over 4 years. I think
it is time to limit what you give Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas and United Water. Let new
construction pay for what they want!
